About the FKT

Hi there! I'm Clifton Harski, your instructor on this transformative kettlebell training course. With 26 years of experience in fitness (and 17 with kettlebells) and a passion for helping others succeed, I've curated this course to empower you with diverse kettlebell skills and techniques. My goal is to see you kick ass in your fitness (and business) and master the art of kettlebell training. Let's embark on this exciting adventure together! Having taught over 480 certs personally, I can tell you that this is the best way to lock in the material, as you will not end up physically exhausted during a weekend course. The weekend courses are great, but if you can spread it out over time, it's objectively easier to make it stick in your head, and practice it.
